Andrea Valdinoci will be in dialogue with representatives from schools and companies as well as career starters and will explore the question: what opportunities lie in self-assessments such as certifications, portfolios and education letters? Because: almost all of us have had these experiences - with ourselves or our own children: Exam situations, certificate handovers, combined with the joy or sorrow that can accompany them. More and more people, companies and HR managers are realising that certificates are not necessarily enough when it comes to assessing skills and abilities. Portfolios and education letters are a new approach here, a complementary alternative and will be discussed in our livestream. Guests in the studio and online include:
