Projects

by and with partners of the World Goetheanum Association. Our projects are basically "open", i.e. we cordially invite you to participate. If you are interested, please contact the office. (Page under construction)

Projects in Focus

Objective: Making our core theme visible.

"As a partner network, we see our potential for economic, social and political systemic change in the connection of a spirituality and value orientation based on anthroposophy and entrepreneurial action. In this context, the exploration of the associative seems to us to be a key for economic and social change."

Shareitt Communities for a New Culture of Sharing and Caring

Objective: Strengthening Economic Resilience

"The origins of the project trace back to the Goetheanum World Conference in September 2023. During a workshop titled "Associative Economics," a diverse group of participants— including bankers, project developers, sustainability experts, and farmers—engaged in intense discussions. The central question guiding these discussions was: How can community initiatives better support each other to foster economic resilience and sustainable development? The result is a concrete project aimed at strengthening the capabilities of communities in Brazil for the broader benefit of the people."

Unknown opportunities for climate pioneers. Reportage in cooperation of the World Goetheanum Association and Goetheanum-TV from 23 Oct 2023.

Objective: To form a network to support (partner) institutions on the path to climate neutrality.

"Our idea: We join forces. To form a pact. A climate pact. We are several real-world laboratories that exchange ideas. We practise this. We have a common deed and exchange ideas. We are absolutely at the forefront. The path has not yet been trodden. We can tackle it with courage." (Jörg Probst)

Threefold balance beam

Objective: Practised threefold in companies

"We help business leaders navigate through the growing complexities and challenges of business in the current times. We do this by bringing our research from Steiner’s Threefolding and Anthroposophy and use this to unleash more of what you already do, complementing it with awareness and focus." (David Wertheim Aymes, Southafrica)

Collaboration: WGA office with 6 individuals from Israel, Switzerland, South Africa and USA
Project management: WGA office
Status: ongoing

Objective: Offer and conduct workshops as well as research on the topic.

The project has developed into an independent initiative. It continues to be supported by the WGA, but has become largely independent with its own website and team. In particular, it was the moment when younger people at the WGA forums said: ‘If you want to change the economy, you have to deal with the issue of “vulnerability” in companies too. We are taking this into our work."
