How can you authentically follow in the footsteps of others and at the same time build on your own initiative?An important building block seems to be the ability to connect inwardly with the founding impulse and also with the founding team. What does it take for an open conversation at eye level and what criteria are decisive for both sides to get involved in a trial? Nevertheless, a feeling remains: if someone really has initiative, then it makes more sense/is more appealing to build something yourself. The transformation work in a long-standing structure needs other forces than the start-up qualities, especially when the impulse has already faded.
