As a community of shared experience, we create a safe space in this intensive weekend seminar where we can shed our social masks and cultural patterns and practise being fully present in honest contact – including with our own vulnerability. Through communication formats, physical exercises and precise, intuitive self-exploration, we will refine our perception of ourselves and others, strengthen our emotional resilience and our ability to experience genuine connection during the workshop and in our private and professional lives.
