Leadership responsibility and organisational development require many tools and skills, but what is essential is connecting with the inner sources within oneself and the spiritual sources in the world. The Source Expedition is a collaborative space for learning and experience that encompasses both aspects: over the course of a year-long programme, the focus is on both the participants’ inner questions and the exploration of the organisations visited. A prerequisite is that each participant brings their ‘own’ question. The programme offers ‘collaborative work’ on the process of finding solutions.
