After a brief introduction, we saw how Forum 3, our conference venue, has been successfully managed since 1969. In today's terms, one of the secrets to its success can be described as 'agility', in the sense that current issues are recognised and responded to.
In two sessions, we worked in small groups on issues that concern us. We explored the topics of generational change/succession, associative management, and vulnerability as a resource in more depth. The latter topic emerged from the presentation of the 'Vulnerability as a Resource' initiative and the subsequent lively discussion (https://www.verletzlichkeit.jetzt/). Other topics included creating a culture of determination, cultivating relationships, and transforming money morally.
The festival RS 2025-Stuttgart started at the same time on Schlossplatz (https://www.2025-steiner-stuttgart.de/) and stimulated participation in both directions, which was a special feature of the event. Secondly, two people from the Altenschlirf community who require assistance visited us for the first time on a regional day.
